1. To Issue the construction license for the large power plants (connected to the grid above 63 kV)

3. To Issue the operation license for the distributed generation power plants (connected to the network lower than 63 KV)
4. To Issue the qualification operation & maintenance license for the power plants

8. To Issue the license for the scattered production development center

10. To Issue the construction license for the small-scale power plants & generators (connected to the grid and below 63 kV)
 
An applicant can obtain the electricity industrial licenses through the following portals and being directed to the specialized portal of water and electricity industry licenses” mojavez.moe.gov.ir” after authentication.

- The unit services portal of the water and electricity industry: ekhedmat.moe.gov.ir
-The national smart governmental services portal: my.gov.ir
 
 
 
 
By visiting mojavez.ir portal and searching the requested license, applicant can find out about the conditions, documents, requirements and inquiries for the relative licenses.
 
time for the applicant to complete the documents is a day after applying the application, and for reviewing the documents by the authority is 10 working days. time for approving / disapproving the applicant's documents and providing a final decision for issuing / not issuing the license is 30 days.
 
All stages of reviewing the applicant's application are notified through SMS. The ID code can be seen in the qr.mojavez.ir portal. the issued license is available through the specialized system of the issuing electrical industry licenses in Mojavez.moe. gov.ir portal (username: national ID No and password: cell number of the highest authority of the device). If the applicant's documents are not approved, the rejection of the application will be sent to the applicant via SMS.
